At first glance Kinloch Manor & Villas doesn’t appear to be anything like the 19th Century Scottish Castle that inspired it. But look a little closer, says owner John Sax you will notice the similarities.

And importantly the restaurant uses near 100% pesticide and organic produce (where appropriate), with farm and garden reared produce of their own, plus the private 2,000 ha nearby owner’s property that adheres to the ‘Estate to Plate’ dining philosophy - of course matched with New Zealand and the world’s best wines.
